Return Policy

We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. Therefore, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Eligibility:

You may return any unused and undamaged product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our friendly panda customer service team at [email protected]. Kindly include your original receipt and clear photos of the item(s) you intend to return to expedite the process. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your convenience. Please note that all packages must include a Valid Tracking Number and RMA number to be accepted at our logistics center.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Additionally, a 10% restocking and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund shipping charges. Once an order has been shipped, not all items may be eligible for return.

Processing Time:

Upon receiving the returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and inspection. We will contact you promptly regarding the status of your return.

Defective/Damaged/Not as Described Claims:

In the event of a defective, damaged, or not as described product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide a well-lit video demonstrating the issue along with any relevant details. We reserve the right to reject claims that are incomplete or unclear. Please note that our products are covered under a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Eligible Returns:

We do not accept returns, refund claims, or exchanges in the following cases:

– Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

– Changes to orders or shipping addresses after shipment.

– Open or used items

– Final sale items.
